Job description:

We are looking for a Program Account Manager that focuses on growing a strategic partnership through providing financial payment options in a rapidly growing IT equipment and software leasing company.  This position will learn all facets of working internally and externally to grow revenue through training, marketing, leading initiatives and raising brand awareness. The position will work with the company’s leasing system to monitor and accurately report pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact within VAR Technology Finance relating to our exclusive Cisco Capital program at CDW and Insight locations in Chandler and Tempe offices.
  • Develop, make recommendations and implement Cisco Capital program strategies to all verticals
  • Develop and provide ongoing training to customer sales associates and reseller business development managers to engage team on net new opportunities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Cisco Capital program relating to CDW and Insight including but not limited to sales teams, leasing team and credit team
  • Prepare, coordinate, organize, and present quarterly business reviews with private label partner
  • Work internally with marketing and sales teams to identify market changes, relate product knowledge and apply the most appropriate promotions, if necessary, separating schedules to position the most competitive offerings for Cisco Capital program
  • Promote marketing initiatives to drive sales as well as leasing/financing awareness
  • Work with manufacturers to identify strategic opportunities to align and drive business to close
  • Provide superior internal and external customer service
  • Work onsite at CDW and Insight to build relationships with all levels of the sales department, credit department, and the financing/leasing team
  • Ability to speak with end-user IT and finance departments to relate benefits of payment solutions and offerings
  • Promote private label partnership to support manufacturer partner
  • Travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of leasing/financial services experience or technology sales experience
  • Solid experience selling into end-user accounts at the partner level
  • General understanding and knowledge of the IT industry and the channel
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Results oriented with strong customer service skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word

Benefits:

Compensation: $70-90,000/year
